I have lived in Arizona for 51 years and will
use my experience and knowledge of the area to help you find the best property

neighborhoods.
After we narrow our homes search to
suitable neighborhoods you can select homes to tour. I will make the
necessary arrangements to access these properties that you want to see. Being a
professional realtor I have access to many different sources of information on
available homes and will make this information available to you.
Once you decide on a home I will prepare a
purchase contract in your behalf and present it to the sellers representative. I
will write and negotiate this contract to get you the best deal on your home.
During the escrow period l will represent your best interests with; loan officers, sellers,
banks, real estate listing agents, escrow and title insurance officers, appraisers and inspectors. I promise that I will always be completely on your side.
You will not be charged for my services, they are free to you. My brokerage fees are
paid from the seller's proceeds, and only when you get the keys to your home.
